Registration fees

Due to travel restrictions related to the Covid-19 pandemic, the ECHA 2021 conference will be held exclusively online. Since the conference cannot take place in a physical setting, there are reductions in the registration fees as compared to the previous ECHA conferences. However, there are costs associated with the design, management and maintenance of the new virtual platform as well as the support provided to the participants before and during the conference. The costs associated with these activities are reflected in the registration fees.

The registration fee includes the following:
- Access to full programme in the conference web app platform;
- Certificate of Attendance Full Conference and presentation; 
- Certificate of Attendance one day (2 September);
- Access to conference programme selection during 30 days after conference; 

Cancellation policies 
 

Until 30 April 2021 - Full refund of paid registration fee will be granted, less the administrative fee of EUR30

From 1 May to 1 June 2021 - Refund of 50% of paid registration fee will be granted, less the administrative fee of EUR30

From 2 june 2021 - No refund of paid registration fee will be granted
