The following guidelines are provided to assist you with the submission of your abstract.
Please follow the instructions when completing the abstract form and please be aware of the word limits.
Abstracts can only be submitted online and in English.
There is a limit of one presentation (oral or poster) for a single registered presenting author. This however does not exclude the opportunity to be a co-author in an unlimited number of abstracts.
Please note that one presenting author has to be registered and paid in order for the accepted abstract to be included in the programme and in the abstract book.
Begin by filling in the information about the authors, indicating presenting author, first author and co-authors (if applicable).
Fill ou the abstract title and select the 3 optional topics for your submission.
Add any relevant and applicable keywords (max. of 5).
Each abstract text should have a maximum of 250 words.
We recommend that abstracts are organized as follows, but the format is not compulsory: Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusions.
Once the abstract submission process is successfully completed you will receive, by email, the individual key and abstract code, which you should keep in your records. Please do check you SPAM email box should you not have received this notification automatically.
Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email of the abstract submission. If you need to withdraw or change information in your already submitted abstract please contact email@example.com and refer to your abstract code.
For additional submissions please use the same process and the system will generate an additional/new abstract key and code, which will be included in your personal area.
If you are not sure of which type of presentation you would like to submit, please go to Presentation Guidelines, where you can read about each presentation format.
